3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to U.S. locations only.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Printful handles all order fulfillment and shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Printful’s support team at Printful Support.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or misprinted.
  • If you receive a defective item, please contact Printful Support within 30 days of receiving your order:
  • Refunds are only issued if Printful confirms a product is defective or if there is an error on our part.
