All products from the Del Ray Swag Store are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@rachelturula.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll coordinate with Printful to resolve the issue. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons (e.g. size or color preference), so please check product details carefully before ordering.
